Abandonment Policy – 2U Computer Services
Any computer, device, or related equipment left with 2U Computer Services for repair, diagnosis, inspection, or estimate must be collected within 90 days of our notification that service is complete or that further approval is required. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and responding to calls, texts, or emails.
If an item is not collected within 90 days, it will be deemed abandoned. Abandoned equipment may be disposed of, recycled, or parted out at the discretion of 2U Computer Services. Proceeds or salvaged components may be applied toward outstanding repair charges, inspection fees, or labor costs.
2U Computer Services is not liable for any loss of data, hardware, or personal property resulting from the disposal of abandoned items.
By leaving equipment with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
